Long time no see…

Again, I’m lacking the time for a good post. But here’s what I consider one of the most promising trailers I’ve seen lately:

I’m a lazy blogger. Shame on me.

Oh, what a lazy blogger I’ve become. I can’t even motivate myself to write a whole decent review lately. But in my defence, I’m going to move to another country soon and there’s so much I have to prepare atm. It doesn’t leave too much time for blogging…

Films I’ve watched lately:

The Amazing Spiderman – it was a solid film with nice effects and very charimatic young actors. I’m a fan of Andrew Garfield and thus may be biased. There were some corny moments, some very cheesy scenes, but all in all it was a lot of fun.

Prometheus – I still haven’t made up my mind yet whether this film was good or not. I might need to watch it a second time. There were some things I liked and some aspects I’m not so sure about. Well, at least I want to watch it again, which might be a good sign, right?

Crazy Stupid Love (rewatch) – I still like this film a lot. It might seem like the stereotypical rom-com people have seen one too many times at the beginning, but it has a lot of charme and humor and a very good cast.

Epic Movie Moments #01

In my humble opinion, Lauren Bacall is one of the most beautiful women who ever walked this planet. She has an intense sensuality that really impressed me when I saw her for the first time. One of the scenes that made her so famous was this one, from the movie “To Have and Have Not”, which was based on a story by Earnest Hemingway. Take a look and enjoy her explanation of how to whistle.

Most promising trailer this week…

…is “Farewell, my Queen”, in my opinion. It will give Diane Kruger a chance to show whether she really is a leading lady.

Have you seen the Perks of Being a Wallflower – trailer?

In case you missed it, here it is:

So, what do you think about it? Have you read the book? I read it a few years ago and I must say that the trailer looks pretty good, but I don’t think Emma Watson fits into that role. I imagined a different type of girl, tbh. But maybe she’ll prove me wrong. Your opinion on it?
