Fans should help Fans
I guess you all have heard about it now, but there’ll be a Veronica Mars movie due to a huge successful kickstarter campaign. That’s great news and shows how powerful a fanbase can be.
Now, I don’t know if you’ve heard of the British television drama series ‘The Hour’, starring Ben Wishaw (Q from Skyfall), Dominic West and Romola Garai. It’s often been compared to Mad Men but it’s different and very charming in its own way. It’s been cancelled a few weeks ago, leaving fans to deal with a huge cliffhanger after the 2nd season. I guess every TV show fan can imagine how that feels. And that’s why I ask you for help. Please help this fandom, even if you’re not in it. All we want is closure.
There’ll be a Twitter trending attempt on Saturday, from 9 PM GMT on. Do the following: Tweet @BBCpress, @BBCTwoUK, @KudosTV (producers) or @BBCAmerica and use the hashtag #savethehour.
Could you do that for me? Could you do that for everyone in this fandom who is disappointed and sad? Please, Fandoms should help each other. Tweeting about it once doesn’t take more than a few seconds. You can even just copy the following tweet:
@BBCpress @BBCTwoUK @KudosTV @BBCAmerica Please give us a third season of The Hour #savethehour
Or simply retweet some other’s tweet about it. Please help us save The Hour.

Sorry I’ve no idea of Veronica Mars and The Hour. But this line has caught my attention,” I guess every TV show fan can imagine how that feels. ” It’s not just about TV fans but any fans. I know how it feels like when say for example a band goes on hiatus or breaks and you’re left feeling like something is missing.
True, same situation! We are glad for everyone who supports #savethehour.
